Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "link02", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the link02 platform, its operators, and its licensors, collectively responsible for the operation of the website accessible at link02.bio.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the link02 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the link02 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services made available by link02.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the link02 platform, through which the player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player using approved payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, that are held in the player's account and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to verification.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched bonus funds awarded by link02 under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must wager using a bonus balance before that balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC submission, address verification, and payment method confirmation, required by link02 before processing withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the link02 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and accept the link02 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification Critical

Use of the link02 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be underage will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed.

4. Account Registration

To use the link02 platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

4.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the link02 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.

4.3 Account Ownership

Your link02 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow any other person to use your account. link02 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Pakistani Players

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing link02 from a location where doing so is lawful under applicable local rules governing your own conduct.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. link02 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available on the link02 platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact link02 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

link02 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from link02 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

link02 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. link02 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Before processing any withdrawal, link02 requires:

6.4 Transaction Fees

link02 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside link02's control and are your responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

link02 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Cricket betting markets and PSL special promotions may carry different wagering contribution rates from standard casino games.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the link02 platform are subject to the following general rules:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until link02 has issued a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's transaction history. link02 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances that constitute manifest error.

8.2 Manifest Errors

If a bet is placed at odds or with terms that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing feed failure, or human error, link02 reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amount to the player's real money balance. link02 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to notice a manifest error.

8.3 Game Integrity

All casino and slot games on link02 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for each game are available in the individual game information panels. Sports betting odds reflect live market conditions and may change before a bet is confirmed.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are subject to network latency. link02 does not guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted during periods of high traffic, feed delays, or match suspension. A bet is valid only when confirmed with a reference number as described in section 8.1.

9. Prohibited Activities Critical

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the link02 platform. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing feed failures to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic approach designed to exploit bonus structures in a way not intended by link02.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Accessing the platform if you are a current link02 employee, contractor, or immediate family member of such, unless explicitly authorised.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful under applicable national legislation governing your own conduct as an individual.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the link02 platform — including but not limited to the link02 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of link02 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the link02 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any link02 software.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit link02's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Account Closure & Termination

14.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your link02 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, link02 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your real money balance to your confirmed payment method before closing the account.

14.2 Closure by link02

link02 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.

Where an account is closed by link02 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to link02.

15. Amendments to These Terms

link02 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, link02 will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
